Fruit Pizza

With the beautiful weather arriving and all the wonderful fresh berries I’m seeing in the market—I’ve been excited to pull out the recipe of one of our family’s favorite treats:  FRUIT PIZZA!  Enjoy!

FRUIT PIZZA

1 roll of sugar cookie dough (homemade or prepackaged)

8 oz. package of cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

16 oz. of Cool Whip

Your choice of fruits—-you can’t go wrong here!  Bananas, berries, nuts, kiwi, etc.

______

Press out cookie dough onto a pizza pan or pizza stone and bake according to package directions, or until done.  You should have have a giant sugar cookie!

Blend cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip together and spread onto your giant cookie. {You can use the fat free varieties of these and it will be just as good!}

Spread and layer your fruit.  Cut with a pizza cutter and enjoy!

Keep refrigerated.

Enjoy~

      It is easy to eat the whole thing! IF there are leftovers–it’s a fun breakfast treat. :) I use the great excuse that I’m getting lots of fruit…ha!

    For a less sweet fruit pizza – I use crescent rolls, unroll them out, pinch edges together, works great.
